Payments can be made either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval, additional inclusions after the initial agreement will be charged at the end of the coloring phase.

DO NOT send payments before I request you to do so and before I agree to slot you in.

Revisions will occur during 2 phases, sketch phase and flat colors phase.

Maximum 10 revisions during the sketch phase after posing and composition have been discussed.

Maximum 3 small revisions after flat colors have been applied.

Extra revisions (Price is on the pricing chart) will be charged upon finishing the rendering phase.

If any revisions are required due to my own misunderstanding, no charges will occur.

No revisions after the piece has been rendered or animated.

Delivery is 1 week - 3 months, I will notify you if any extenuating circumstances occur that may change your delivery date.

Examples include: Health, weather, complexity of the piece, holidays

Work will be in 3 - 4 phases dependent on the order:

The general idea of posing, composition, number of characters etc. This will be through written communication such as email

Maximum 10 revisions allowance after a general sketch is drawn.

Remaining balance will be paid after approval.

Maximum 3 revision allowance upon review

Last chance to change to an animation package if it was not agreed prior and payment will be required before further work is done.

Any revisions here will incur extra charges

If no animation package was purchased the commissioned piece will be delivered to the client.

No revisions at all.

Upon completion you will receive the file.

No physical products will be delivered

I, Legumies:

Reserve the right to terminate work at any time for any reason.

Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

DO NOT claim Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork. (I will not claim your OCs)

WILL NOT further profit from the commissioned piece unless the client breaks ToS.

Reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on social media for promotional purposes, and portfolio, as well as physical publications such as artbooks.

You, The Client:

May upload the commissioned piece on any website and social channels, credits are not required but appreciated.

MAY NOT financially profit from the commissioned piece, examples include reselling, redistributing, reproducing, selling prints or similar products.

MAY NOT alter the commissioned piece in any way without my (Legumies) permission

Retain rights to the Intellectual Property (IP)

MAY NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

MAY NOT claim the commissioned piece as their own

Commercial rights may be purchased

The commissioned piece WILL NOT be used for AI in any shape or form

No refunds after work has been started

Full refunds will be given if:

You cancel the order before I have started.

I, (Legumies), cancel the order due to my own circumstances before I started.

If you request and qualify for a refund, DO NOT request a chargeback, I will transfer the money back myself.

If you request a chargeback at any point, regardless if you qualify for a refund. The Client will lose all previously mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I, Legumies, will have full rights to profit further in any way. I will proceed to reject the chargeback and provide Paypal with proof of work and agreements between I and The Client. The Client will also be blacklisted from requesting future commissions.
